Early Help Workforce Development – Training opportunity

Surrey Supporting Families Course- Level 3
Course: Surrey Supporting Families Foundation Level 3
Dates & Times: Courses will be run from January 2018 – April 2018. Please see the Expression of Interest Form.
Venues: Locations in Surrey TBC
Detail: The Surrey Supporting Families Foundation Course is a fifteen day course aimed at providing practitioners with the evidence based learning, theories and concepts that underpin whole family working in order to build confidence and competence in practice. The first part of the course is mapped against the Work with Parents Award at Level 3 and is accredited with City and Guilds. The following remaining part of the course focuses on family systems and the dynamics of family relationships.
Please find attached a L3 SSF- Training description document and SSFF Level 3 course Expression of Interest application 2018 – the Expression of Interest Form will need to be returned to the Early Help Workforce Development team by 31/10/2017.

 

Work With Parents Course- Level 4
Course: Surrey Level 4 Award Working with Families (Intense Support for Families with Multiple and Complex Needs)
Dates & Times: Courses will be run from January 2018- April 2018. Please see the Expression of Interest Form.
Venues: Various locations in Surrey
Detail: Level 4 Working with Families Award is a fifteen day course aimed at providing practitioners with the evidence based learning, theories and concepts that underpin whole family working in order to build confidence and competence in practice. The first part of the course is mapped against the Work with Parents Award at Level 4 and is accredited with City and Guilds. The remaining part of the course focuses on family systems and the dynamics of family relationships. The level 4 is appropriate for those practitioners that work with families that have multiple & complex needs.
Please find attached a L4 WWP- Training description document and an WWP Level 4 Expression of Interest application 2018 – the Expression of Interest Form will need to be returned to the Early Help Workforce Development team by 31/10/2017.
